Defeating the Unmanned Menace

AMP offers eligible clients a layered approach to protect vessels and port/terminal assets from aerial and waterborne unmanned threats, leveraging a range of sophisticated tools including directional or omnidirectional EW systems to jam hostile drones, supplemented, when and where permitted, with close-in hardkill systems to neutralize aerial threats and WBIEDs.

Aerial

  • Jamming of Group 1 and Group 2 Threats:
Layered omnidirectional (360° azimuth) and directed EW systems disrupt hostile drone navigation, preventing individual UAV or drone swarm attacks on client vessels.

  • Close-in Hardkill Systems for Group 3 Threats:
Omnidirectional, high- and low-angle targeting capabilities neutralize larger drones with precision kinetic or electronic systems, ensuring client safety against sophisticated threats.

Waterborne

  • Close-in Hardkill and Layered EW Jamming:
Omnidirectional (360° azimuth) systems with ultra-low-angle capabilities target hostile WBIEDs approaching from below the ship’s rail.
